Digital Delivery
MoneyMatter Plus is a digital software product. No physical items will be shipped or delivered. Upon successful purchase and confirmation, the software and license details will be delivered digitally through one of the following methods:
- Direct installation and activation by our technical team
- Delivery of software download link via email or WhatsApp
- Remote support for setup and training if applicable
Delivery Timeline
In most cases, software access and setup instructions are provided within 1 to 2 working days after payment confirmation. Delays may occur due to technical issues, incomplete customer details, or non-working hours (e.g., Sundays, holidays).
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details (email, phone, WhatsApp) at the time of purchase to ensure prompt digital delivery.
